A Practical Model for Sustainable Organisational and Personal Development
What motivates people, what engages them and what disengages them is rarely the same across a team or visible from the outside.
“Motivation 4.0” is a practical model for motivation analysis and motivational profiling, with recommendations for improving organisational approaches to motivation.
Developed in 2022 and built on more than 25 years of practical and research experience in managing and developing people and organisations.

About me
University lecturer, researcher, speaker and consultant
I work in public management, national security, leadership and the development of people and organisations. I combine academic work with consulting and hands-on experience in the public and private sectors. I founded VPV Consulting Team and created the “Motivation 4.0” model.
